The process of accounting information generation are oriented on preventive anti-crisis actions of economic entities. The essence, contents and particularities of process of cost management is revealed. It is connected with stages of enterprise strategy development. The limits and possibilities of enterprise information system were increased through the using of strategic management accounting tools for storage, processing and provision of consolidated information. The guidelines for choosing a strategy of innovative development were defined based on the evaluation of innovative capabilities of the enterprise by fuzzy inference. The guidance on the choice of strategic innovation projects by their ranking by priority was provided. For the proposed algorithm for ranking projects by priority software was developed. Was offered a methodological support to the strategy of the enterprises exit from the crisis, which laid on the tools of basis balanced scorecard, expanded with consideration of the inertia of economic processes and prospects on the basis of the method of canonical analysis, multiple regression models with a distributed lag, autoregressive and growth curve.
