The surface morphology, elemental composition and optical properties of grown Cd1-xMnxTe films was investigated. The influence of manganese content in solid solution on the optical properties of thin films and their gap was investigated. The Cd1-xMnxTe films optimum growth conditions for Closed Space Sublimation Technique was proposed.
