It allows enhancing the accuracy of mapping the magnetic field, which is measured with the error below 0.1%. The effect of neutron irradiation on microcrystal and thin-film sensitive elements of magnetic measuring probes has been studied. The effect of neutron flux spectrum on the parameter change of InSb and InAs sensitive elements has been determined. A novel method of in-situ calibration of the mapping device based on the integration of two methods for magnetic field measurement - galvanomagnetic sensors and NMR probes, has been developed. This method makes it possible to carry out highly accurate measurements of magnetic field parameters and to offset the sensors' parameter drift under the effect of high radiation fields. Developed noise-immune methods of analog-to-digital conversion of magnetic field sensors' signals and means for signal filtering have allowed enhancing the accuracy of magnetic field measurement: relative separation between the approximation results for conversion function of Hall sensor matrix in the magnetic field range of cyclotron magnets below 0.01% and non-reproducibility error for magnetic field measurements below 20mkT, i.e. 0,002 %. A tentative sample of sensor multi-channel device designed for mapping the medical cyclotrons' magnetic fields has been developed, produced and tested. The performance and accuracy of the developed mapping device joined with the novel method of its calibration right within the studied magnetic field volume make this device an unique measuring instrument for high-precision research of the magnetic field distribution in cyclotron magnets.
