New technology direction of devices of molecular energy engineering and nanoelectronics is developed. The fact that the formation of doublematrix and supramolecular nanostructures let us improve energy and power parameters of lithium current sources and solve the problem of formation of magnesium intercalation generators is shown. Discovered new effects and phenomena ensure wide range of application of obtained nanostructures, such as structures of radio-frequency condensers with much higher specific capacity compared to the known types, and nanophotocapacitors of supercapacity, which have no analogues. The new class of such nanostructured elements as magnetic DC blockers and coilless delay lines was built up. Parameters of these elements can be controlled thermally, electrically and optically. It gives grounds for the development of new direction of photonanoelectronics and nanoenergetics. The equipment is developed and technology operations for manufacturing of generators and capacitors in composite jars are proposed. Parameters of obtained prototypes demonstrate availability of proposed approach to the creation of new generation of power sources with substantially higher specific power and capacity.
