The purpose of this study was to disclose the following biological principles: the interaction of bacteria that are part of the natural and artificial microbiocenoses; metabolic adjustment of antibiotic-resistant bacteria, bacterial production of biologically active compounds and their effects on plants and soil agrobiotsenozy, the metabolic processes that determine the properties and bioinsektitsidnye ability to mobilize the insoluble phosphate. In the process of scientific research used advanced microbiological, biochemical, physico-chemical and statistical methods. For the first time determined the composition of microflora of the reproductive tract (RT) and healthy pregnant mice in comparison with the composition of microflora in women, which makes it possible to use animals as models for the study of disorders of the RT. It is shown that antibiotic-resistant strains of gonococci vary catabolic processes in the direction of intensifying the catabolism of glucose and decrease in intensity of the oxidative pentose phosphate cycle stаgе. For the first time the path is defined Entnera - Dudorova in gonococci. Revealed the stimulating effect of sunflower oil biosintetipeskih processes Streptomyces; enhanced transformation of tricalcium phosphate P. rutida, E. dissolvens in the presence of glucose, showing a synergistic effect of association of entomopathogenic bacteria and fungi to pests. The obtained results of research have theoretical importance for the explanation: the interaction of bacteria that are natural and artificial microbiocenoses; alteration of metabolic reactions that constitute the development of antibiotic resistance; reactions directed synthesis of biologically active compounds and their effects on agrobiotsenozy. The results of research are used in the practice of laboratory diagnosis of a number of opportunistic bacteria in agriculture - crops, livestock, environment and displayed in an official application in production.
