The goal is the creation the theory of non-contact measurements of electrophysical properties of low conductive heterogeneous materials using eddy magnetic fields. Methods of investigations are the theory differential equations and vector potential methods, Fourier-Bessel transformation and Laplase transformation methods, numerical methods, experimental eddy current and electrical methods. There are designed the theoretical foundations for non-contact measurements of specific electrical conductivity of a layers, films, coatings of a non-metallic heterogeneous materials. On the base of obtained results there are proposed the algorithms for correction of a thickness film variation and variation of mutial disposition of a sensor and the testing object. The theory and mathematical models for eddy current diagnostics of the low conductivity composite materials with using the non-stationary probing fields exited by currents with unconditioned time dependence are created. There is created the theory for non-contact measurements of specific electrical conductivity of a powder materials accounted the variations of powder's density and the grains sizes. All theoretical results are confirmed by experiments. Obtained results has a fundamental scientific and practical importance and novelty and corresponds the world level. They create the base for engineering designs in the area of instrument engineering for diagnostics of production of machine building, electrochemical industry, aircraft anf rocket-space industry.
