The purpose of the study - to develop a theory of the analytic process with complex physical and chemical action in the optimization of the signal in the analysis as the primary substance and the impurities of organic and inorganic origin. Research Methods - a set of spectroscopic, electrochemical, gravimetric, chromatographic methods. Obtained new analytical forms of precious metals, metallohromn dye associates of polyelectrolytes with organic reagents and chemical-analysis systems for the concentration of trace amounts of metals. A set of spectrophotometric methods for determination of water-soluble cationic polyelectrolytes and metal ions, test methods and procedures for determining ionometric polivinilpirolidon with membrane ion-selective electrodes. The developed methods are not inferior to the known metrological characteristics, and in some cases superior to their counterparts. They are recommended for use in analytical and environmental laboratories for the analysis of soil, water and sewage, mineral and secondary raw materials, drugs, biological objects, foodstuffs.
