The project aims to develop the principles controlling the properties of crystals of active dielectrics with a functional static and dynamic inhomogeneities, and to study their interaction with external factors. Studies of the synthesized compounds were carried out by methods of the dielectric, impedance, optical and radio spectroscopy. Connection possibilities of changing the parameters of the synthesis and comprehensive investigations allowed to establish a connection with the peculiarities of the physical properties of the structure, conditions of growth and technological processing of the material. The findings suggest concrete recommendations to improve the efficiency of crystalline environments functional electronics.
