The novelty of research is determined by based on the use of several methods and analytical models. In the basic method of physical modeling of flow and pollutant dispersion over urban areas the ideas of filtration through semipermiable roughness is used. The previously developed method of localization was improved and used in the system of computerized monitoring of city air conditions. The discrete vortices method as well as semi-empirical technique used for analysis of polluted air flow near the typical buildings and other city structures. The analytical modeling of urban canopy roughness is suggested. The results of investigations are presented to and used in Dnipropetrovsk city department of ecolgy. These results are used also in the Programs of the Stud', on specialties "Fluid mechanics" and "Thermophysics"in Dnipropetrovsk National University. They can be also used by specialists in promt analysis of air pollution and preventing hazardous ecological situation in the big cities.
