The aim of the work is to preserve and to develop folklore, national forms of out, dialects and literature in the given region and to transform historical-literary heritage into condition (factor) of embodiment of national identify. Folk forms of art literature were formed predominantly in XIX-th century; a problem of preserving and development of folk tradition appeared. There is a necessity in creation of conceptual fundamentals of synthesis of folk and professional creative activity. Methodological techniques here are comparative-historical, a method of art study and music study, integral analysis of fictional text, inductive-deductive ones. The scientific result of the given work is the creation of theoretical grounds for assertion of the ideology of the development of modern Ukrainian art on the basis of inheritance of traditions of national culture. The materials of the scientific research work can be used in the course of teaching of the theory of folklore, Ukrainian language and literature; ethnic psychology, ethnic pedagogies at school, lyceums, art school, theater and art colleges; on the adequate courses at universities and pedagogical institutes; while preparing course works and diploma papers. Systematical studies of folk tradition of Nyzhnye Naddniprov'ya is urgent in the context of analysis of ethnocultural processes on the regional level in the world folk studies.
