The purpose of the work - to develop methods for modeling of processes in the magnetosphere and ionosphere, in particular, to solve the problem of space weather forecasting and development of control algorithms for spacecraft in space research. Research Methods - regression analysis, methods of dynamic systems stability analysis, methods for obtaining guaranteed bounds. Measurings in the magnetic field and plasma parameters of the Earth's magnetosphere were analyzed. The algorithms of short-term space weather forecasting were proposed. The methods for determination of invariant sets for families of linear time-dependent and some classes of nonlinear discrete dynamical systems with bounded perturbations were developed. An algorithm for determining the state vector of dynamic systems with limited disturbance measurements was developed; and a control algorithm which provides full compensation for the influence of uncontrollable external perturbations on the motion of spacecraft was developed. The results of the research work on "The theory of simulation and data processing for the space research tasks" can be used in institutions of NAS of Ukraine and design organizations engaged in the development of facility management systems of high technologies, which include modern aircraft and space engineering, marine and submarine fleet, environmentally dangerous large-scale processes in the fields of chemistry and petrochemistry, metallurgy, energy, etc. In addition, formal mathematical methods of constructing mathematical models of different stationary structures and dynamic processes in the experimental data, which are developed in R & D, can be effectively used and are used in many natural sciences - biology, chemistry, research of physical processes in the Earth's magnetosphere, the solar system and deep space.
