Experimental confirmation of the pulled out hypothesis about forming under influencing of infrastructure of megalopolis of the raised turbulent layers that represses the processes of heat exchange is got, it is shown that the origin of such layers can be registered and studied by the methods of acoustic sounding. The number of classes of acoustic echo-signals, which the methods of formalization analysis are created for, is extended. A method which allows to find interesting the parameters of amplitude-temporal characteristic (ATC) of meteors echo-signals is offered. Created the automated photo-mean of digitalis images and software to him, that allowed considerably to accelerate the process of analysis. An algorithm and program is improved for recognition of basic parameters of ATC.
