The objective of study - to develop and elaborate the mathematical models and methods of mechanics of coupled fieds in order study and optimize the thermomechanical behavior of electric conductive bodies (metallic and non-metallic of different electric conductivity and ability to magnetization) under complex loadings {power, thermal, and electromagnetic) with regard for structural material transformations at increased temperature (phase transformations, diffusive saturation, change of viscosity and characteristics values) and elastic plastic character of deformation. Using the methods of mechanics of coupled fields electrodynamics of continuum, heat conduction theory , non equilibrium thermodynamics, physics of solids, physical materials science, theory of optimal control new models of mechanics, have been developed new models to describe quantitatively and optimize the processes of deformation heat and mass transfer and structural changes with account for the material magneto- and thermo-sensitivity, elastic-plastic and visco-elastic character of deformation under complex external action (power, thermal and electromagnetic irradiation). The solutions of new linear and non-linear problems on determination and optimization of parameters characterizing thermoplastic and structural state of specific bodies, considering the above factors, have been obtained and studied.. The results of investigations can be used by elaborating the optimal regimes of technological influence of complex external factors when manufacturing the devices of different purpose and, besides be applied when elaborating the rational regime of operation of articles under complex loadings one of which is electromagnetic inradiation.
