The new technique of the cathodoluminescent image - analysis for ontogenic researches of the hydrothermal and metamorphic units is developed. Results obtained by the help of this technique have been used as a basis for ontogenic models of the Transcarpathian quartz units formation in the epithermal hydrothermal veins, and metamorpogenic thicknesses of the Ukrainian board. For the first time it is created factual model of an redox potential barrier in the copper stratyform trap deposits. Formation of the factual models of the graphite-sulphidic mineralization in Zaval'e deposit is completed and it is created base mineral-genetic model of the formation of these units in the hydrothermal process conditions. Adequate results with the help of numerical physical and chemical modelling in software package CHІLLER of the origin late alunite on the bottom horizons of the Beregovo mine field ore bodies are received.
