The aim of of research - to develop structural and functional model of the psychological health as a regulator lifestyle, social activity and self-realization. Scientific novelty and theoretical significance:The general model of psychological health as a state of functional resource on socio-psychological adaptation, self-realization and self-actualization was defined; the determinants of leisure activity, diagnostic criteria of personal identity as a factor of Internet dependence was found. The relationships between individual values and motivational strategies, life satisfaction and psychological well-being in different groups are analyzed. The features of self-concept in structure of psychological health was qualified. The structural and functional organization of value-semantic sphere of personality as a core component of the identity was described. The practical significance of results: the methodological framework for the study of psychological health, identity, susceptibility to Internet dependence, the method of "free choice" and manual for the study of leisure; diagnostic criteria of personal identity; the developing of identity research methodologies; the adaptation of Motivation Inventory; the manual for self management skills for students; the psychodiagnostic system SEDNOR +. Psychological health is formed by the internalization of cultural values through the prism of individual cognitive styles, individual experience.
