The regularity and regiospecificity of cyclocondensation reactions of the aryl (hetaryl) azides with methyleneactive compounds were studied. Earlier developed one-step method for the synthesis of isocoumarins and dihydroisocoumarins was used in the molecular design of compounds of this class. A new functionalized arylpirroles, arylfuranes that arylthiophenes derivatives were synthesised and their cyclization with various reagents were studied.
