This method has been used for studying the energetic structure and inter-layers interaction in the In4Se3 crystals. The technology of the growth regimes of pure and metal intercalated single crystals of A3B6 type. The singularities of crystal structure disordering along c-axis normal to layer's plane in GaSe single crystals have been studied by X-ray diffraction method. The spectra of intensity modulated photoconductivity on GaSe and InSe crystals have been studied depending on modulation frequency and wavelength. The model of thermally activated effective dipoles distributed by relaxation times has been proposed for explanation of thermal behavior of the dielectric spectra characteristic for hopping charge carriers systems. It is studied the peculiarities of energy gap (quasigap) of correlation nature for a certain class of compounds on the basis of valence non-stable f-elements (Ce and Yb) which form 2D fragments of crystal lattice with the properties of Kondo-lattice. A phenomenological model for description of transport properties and estimation of thermoelectric efficiency of the compounds of such type is proposed. A possibility of obtaining the materials with thermoelectric efficiency ~1.5 in the widest temperature range (10-800K) is shown.
