The X-ray and phase analysis of the NixInSe samples produced confirms their homogenity ad demonstrates a nonmonotonic Ni-content dependence of lattice constant along the axis normal to the layers. The analysis of the low-temperature (77K) impedance responce in the low frequency region shows a good correlation between the canges in layer distance and band conductivity with increasse Ni concentration. The reason of such behavior is explained by the proposed theoretical model, which at the same moment showed the mechanism of increasing the role of free carriers concentration to conductivity by the hybridization of electron orbitals of guest nickel and lattice. However the Ni concentration dependence of specific magnetization does not coincide with them because it demonstrates an irregular icrease at x~1. A self-consistent calculation of the average magnetic moment and magnetic susceptibility provides a qualitative description of a non-monotone dependence of both magnetic susceptibility and specific magnetization for single- and polycrystals of NixInSe as a function of Ni concentration x. For the single NixInSe crystals the deformation of low frequency branches of real component of implicit impedance for x=0.25 and x=0.75 at which this component has maxima due to crystal inductive response is found. We found that magnetoresistive effect of single NixInSe crystals changes in a non monotonic way with the increase of Ni concentration.
