Journalism Department popup.description2 The influence of surfactant layers on structure and electric properties of thin (up to 30 nm) Pd, Ni and Pb films was investigated. The thickness dependencies of electron concentrations, Fermi level and lattice parameter were calculated. Subatomic surfactant layers can hast metal films metallization, reduce percolation threshold and crystalline sizes. Theoretical calculations of dehydratation and dehydrogenation of ethanol on the ZnO and Al2O3 surfaces was realized. The change of chemisorpted ethanol molecule binding energies was estimated and the hydrogenous binding role in molecule ethanol during it decomposition was developed.
