By atomic force microscopy method the structure of surface morphology in Zn1-xMexO thin films and nс-СdS:Mе/polymer nanocomposites has been revealed. On the base of optical absorption spectroscopy studies the short wavelength shift of the exciton structure in colloid solutions and nanocomposites was observed at an decrease of average nanoparticle size, which is due to confinement effect. The differences in s,p-d exchange interaction for semimagnetic semiconductor nanostructures have been revealed on the base of comparative studies of the Faraday effect in semiconductor crystals, thin films and nanocrystals.
