Research purpose: Development of effective mechanisms of the state adjusting of insurance activity on the basis of analysis of public policy in budgetary, credit, price, regulator and other spheres of state administration in relation to stimulation of production of goods and providing services, and also forming of methodical recommendations in relation to market of insurance services development in the conditions of included of Ukraine in global economic space. Research methods: logical, historical, analysis, synthesis, statistical analysis, comparison, modelling. Research results and their novelty: the question of financial firmness of insurance companies is explored; it is proved that to the number internal problems, that corrected into the system of insurance, due to backlogs, it is possible to deliver such as: low financial firmness of insurers; low level of professionalism and insurance culture; inwardly system disconnected; it is proved that it is possible external problems which carry national character to name followings: economic (inflation, absence of state support; low financial potential of insure and other); legal (low level of the common legislative providing of insurance activity, protracted becoming of insurance market in the conditions of complete absence of legislative and methodical base, control and other); political (general political instability).
