Purpose - scientific substantiation and development of theoretical and methodological and methodical principles of marketing innovation, as the concept of market activity of economic entities in the way of innovation. Methods and apparatus - a systematic approach, the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, the fundamental position of modern economic theory, ryzykolohiyi, marketing, modern concepts of innovation, research works of domestic and foreign experts. The report investigated the conditions of forming the concept of marketing innovations, outlined the role of marketing and innovation in promoting economic development, highlighted the nature and objectives of marketing innovation. We consider theoretical and methodological foundations of strategic management of innovation development in line with the concept of marketing innovation. Developed approaches to theoretical and methodological foundations of the marketing innovations, including commodity and distribution policy, promotion policy, communications policy. A theoretical and methodological foundations of mechanism for evaluation of performance (including risk) marketing innovation. Much of the theoretical developments brought to the level of techniques and recommendations, which illustrated the use of actual material practice of domestic enterprises and institutions.
