Aim of work is development of statistical picture of evolution of structure of crystalline materials that test intensive external influence.Peculiarities of non-equilibrium phase transitions in stochastic ensemble of crystal defects are determined; statistical theory of self-similar stochastic ensembles is developed. Theory of multifractal for manifold deformed sets is generalized and multifractal fluctuation analysis of fractal curves of X-ray microdiffraction during reflection from complex condensed matters and highly dispersed structure of carbon, aluminum and titanium condensates, which are received by magnetron atomization, is carried out. Fractal structure of phase space of complex systems is studied. Method for determining of fractal spectrum, which is based on using of method of combined values averaged on initial and escort distributions, is developed.
