Purpose: The search for new systems for reaction chromatography and partition chromatography. Methods: UV- and NMR spectroscopy, chromatography and chromatomasspectroscopy. Results: The partition of the nonelectrolites between gas and liquid in phosphoric and sulfuric acids and tricyclic substituted diazepines in octanole/water system was experimentally investigated. It was examined the opportunities of widely used quantum chemical PCM model for prediction of the partition coefficients. The features of the effect of intramolecular mobilities on the partition was found. It was found the mechanism of the direct combination arenes with aryliodides catalyzed by platinum complexes. It was shown that the selective synthesis of symmetric or nonesymmetric biphenyles may be driven by correction of the metallocomplexes coordination sphere. For the platinum compounds, synthesized in the present work, has been established the cytostatic activity, including synergistic action of the in vivo destruction products. It was proposed a new scheme of the analysis of complex mixtures of the coke chemicals by the gas chromatography method with the preprocessing of the samples by phosphoric acid. This scheme allows to analyse composition of liquid products inclusive to component, maintenance of which makes 0,01 %. It provides a new opportunity to identification and quantification of the environmentally dangerous compounds, which so far were outside the analytical control. Novelty: The new scheme provides a reliability of the composition up to 98-99 % mas. in comparison with 70-80 % mas. for known ones. Sphere of the use: Coke industry.
