Their structure and mechanical properties were researched. Control methods of the dimensions of the pores and the value of the overall porosity of SiO2-arrays were developed. Introduction methodology into porous SiO2-arrays of luminescence and scintillation admixtures (activated non-organic nanocrystals, organic phosphors) was developed.
