Based on molecular models physical mechanisms of nanoparticles aggregation in heterostructured liquid-crystal systems were defined. It was established that aggregation processes and structural transformations were mostly influenced by such factors as nanotubes concentration, their geometrical parameters (length, aspect ratio, orientation ordering parameters), which define threshold concentration and aggregation formation kinetics. Laboratory methods and provisional technological rules for liquid-crystal nanocomposite materials production were developed, conclusions on physical regularity of nanosized heterostructures in liquid-crystal systems were made.
