Research purpose - a system revision and development of organizational technology of creation of the informational and analytical system of budgetary process support on regional level (Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Sevastopol, Zaporizhzhya, Rovno and Kherson regions) and scientific and methodical support of its distribution on the regions of Ukraine. Research methods are deduction and induction, system approach, factor and comparative analysis, economic and mathematical modeling, imitation modeling, system dynamics, informational systems and technologies development methods. Complex of economic and mathematical models, earmarked for development of regions of Ukraine analysis and forecasting, estimations of financial and economic regulators on their economy and budgetary systems influence, identification of consistent patterns of economic subjects' behavior under the influence of financial and economic regulators changes and functioning peculiarities of separate budget forming types of economic activity were developed. The scientific and methodical approach to the exposure of functioning peculiarities of regions' economies with the purpose of forming of the informational support and parametrization of models complex of IASBP was improved. The scientific and methodical approach to the economic analysis and verification of statistics, mathematical models of economies of regions parametrization and their synthesis in the system-dynamic modeling package PowerSim was improved; The scientific and methodical approach near to the synthesis (integrating) of economies of regions models with the purpose of consequences of budgetary-tax policy on the economy of Ukraine forecasting is developed. The informational and analytical system of budgetary process support on regional level (Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Sevastopol, Zaporizhzhya, Rovno and Kherson regions) with the renewed man-machine interface was created. Sphere of the practical application of the research results - on regional and national levels for the directions of budgetary, tax, social and economic policy of Ukraine grounding; integration of the models complex employed on PC in the single intellectual automated informational and analytical system of budgetary process maintaining on the base of domestic super computer.
