The interrelation between technological conditions and parameters of the crystalline and magnetic microstructures of nanodispersed gamma-Fe2O3 was found out. The magnetic microstructure of obtained materials was researched by Moosbaur spectroscopy. Manifestations of the superparamagnetic phenomena were studied by the method of low temperature nuclear gamma resonance. Morphology of particle was investigated by methods of transmission, power and electron microscopy. Optical spectra were obtained in the visible and infrared range; band structure of the obtained materials was studied .
