The influence of these transitions on magnetic, magnetoresistive and electric conductive properties of the studied compounds has been investigated. A microscopic and thermodynamic consideration of the observed phenomena has been conducted. It is shown that the magnetic and conductive properties in molecular and molecular-like compounds are determined by electronic and spin state of transition metals ions, containing in it. This state, in turn, is determined by critical distances and angles between the ion and its ligand environment and also the complex nature of intermolecular interactions. It is determined that the behavior of phase spin transition in solid under pressure is not always determined by the Clausius-Clapeyron relation but depends also on the change of interaction energy and elastic energy under pressure. A quantum piezomagnetic effect has been firstly experimentally obtained.
