Role of such effects in elementary processes of collisions of slow monoenergetic electrons with multielectron atoms and ions of metals was studied as well as mass spectrometry of biomolecule fragments and processes of collisions of slow electrons with these biomolecules. Discharge UV emitters based on water vapour were worked out, the effect of noble gas ions admixture on their emission was studied. Mechanism of photoinduced expansion and shrinkage in As2S3 and GeS2 thin-film structures was studied as well as structures of phase states of complex quaternary systems.
