Methods: Data collection and analysis of observations of the display of geophysical fields in the investigated area, methods of seismic and related geophysical observations, computational methods of analysis parameters observed fields, methods, modeling of geophysical fields in complicated environments built. As a result of research is shown that developing reliable measures of the stable functioning of complex natural and industrial systems is possible only with proper understanding of geophysical processes occurring in them and could potentially lead to a natural or man-made disasters provoke the emergence of industrial accidents. The regularities of formation of electromagnetic and seismic fields in difficult geological environment built and produced evidence-based recommendations for their use in the formation of local monitoring systems. In order to ensure stable conditions of the Dniester HES methods magneto-telluric sounding (MTS) and the method of magnetic vertical profiling (MVP) investigated the Mogilev-Podolsk potentially seismic station in the area of the Dniester reservoir. Developed, quantitative analysis of variables: modulus of the magnetic field of the Earth in, anomalies induction module ?V, ?D and ??D-observable effect on the magnetic observatories "Kyiv", "Odessa" and "Lions". It is shown that the practical application of technologies and skips VERZpry conducting geotechnical studies for the construction of large engineering object objects can bring significant economic benefit by significantly reducing the length of survey work and a substantial reduction in drilling. The report presents the results of testing hardware and software for new and improved methods of known seismic and geophysical studies, aimed at obtaining objective data on the structure of the geological environment and its dynamics in seismic active zones. New experimental data about the environment, the processes lithosphere in the Earth's geosphere and other territories in southern European Russia and Ukraine. Presented in the report the results of geophysical studies will be used to set the parameters of the real danger area towns and important sites, to plan their development, selection of optimum technical and organizational measures to ensure stable operation of the existing important and potentially environmentally hazardous facilities.
