It has been shown that in 43,2% of patients hospitalized with diffuse hepatic disease functional and structural changes may be seen as a result of mixed etiology: HCV + alcohol (32,8%) and HBV + alcohol (11,7%). The main features of this disease besides mesenchymal inflammation are cholestasis and portocaval shunting syndrome, which involves not only liver but also circulatory, urinary, respiratory and other systems. Specificity depends on etiology. It was proved, that hepatoprotector - Hepadiff with positive effect on myocardial function and complex of antihomotoxic drugs - Engistol and Halium-Heel increased effectivity of treatment in patient with diffuse hepatic disease.
