There is the classic picture of dysbalance of the protease and inhibitors system which is expressed in the rise of activity of protease and decline of level of their inhibitors, interlinked with the degree of activity of inflammatory process. The exposed intercommunication with biochemical parameters, that represent the degree of inflammatory-destructive changes of joints and by the indexes of immunological reactivity represents participation of processes of proteolysis in the machineries of development of disease. After the mud care the normalization of the lowered level of inhibitors and promoted level of protease was determined. Under act of resort medical treatment there is the improvement of indexes of quality of life, both physical indexes of health, psychical and social parameters.
