The intensification of carbon exit from a-solid solution is connected with influence of defects of the crystal structure formed in the process of g-a-g-transformations. Intensity calculation, widening and angular displacement of x-ray diffraction reflexes of a multilayered lattice of marten- site depending on concentration of chaotic defects of packing is carried out. Experimentally it have defined the laws of accumulation of the chaotic defects of packing in Fe-Mn alloys with low energy of packing defects under the effect of repeated martensitic transformations f.c.c-h.c.p.-f.c.c. and f.c.c.-18R-f.c.c. type. Possibility of homogenization of an alloys with low energy of packing defects by means of low-temperature diffusive annealing at the expense of an intensification of diffusive processes in the field of chaotic packing defects which were generated by cyclic f.c.c.-h.c.p.(18R)- f.c.c. martensitic transformations is shown.
