The object of research is energy saving when using technological heat-mass exchange processes in light industry manufacture and in general services. The purpose of the work is theoretical development and practical realization of the use of electro-activated water solutions in creation of new environmentally clean, energy saving heat-mass exchange processes in manufacturing materials and items of light and textile industries, also in its properties restoration during operating cycle. Methods of research and equipment. Theoretical and experimental researches with use of the methods: mathematical simulation, colloidal object method for determining capillary-porous properties of materials, infrared - spectroscopy, optical microscopy, instrumental methods for testing of leather, fur and foot-wear materials (determination of chemical and physically-mechanical characteristics), mathematical statistics and analysis of experimental researches. Main research working data. It was determined the possibility of management of the technological heat-mass exchange processes of light industry materials with the use of water electrolysis products. A mathematical model which describes dependence of deformation on the attached loading using water electrolysis products in the fur making technological processes is obtained. Scientific novelty. The results of the RSW are protected by 5 patents of Ukraine. Recommendations on the use of the results of the work. The results of the accomplished work underwent manufacturing checking and are recommended for usage in new technological processes of fur making, al lecturing and conducting laboratory works on the course "Bases of heat technique and heat and mass transfer", at preparing course and diploma works.
