The object of investigation is the process of development of garment of special function. During the fulfilment of a project it was used standart and spesially developed methodics, experimental work was done at the sertificated equipment, in agree with effective DSTU and GOSTs. Firstly the systematisation of kinds of invalidity was done, with the determination of peculiarities, which mast be taken into account during the development of garment and the algorithm of this investigation was determined. It was estimated the nomenklature of most weighty quality metrics of textile for goods for invalids and seriously ill persons. It was improved the methods of estimatijn of ergonomic characteristics, which permiss to make a prognose of qualities of textile materials and their packets in conditions, which are close to conditions of exploatation. The physical model of heat - and moister transfere in the packets of materials for wear was developed. It was estimated, that the proposed method of treatment of textile materials with extracts of medicative herbs ensure their positive influence on a man and harmonised the electricaliy - wave exchange with the invironment. The experimental samples of goods for invalids and seriously ill persons was prodused and their pilot operation was done. Field of application:textile and clothing industry. Product application: consumers of goods with specific given properties, which was developed due to peculiarities of exploatation can be invalids of different categories, age kinds of disies, and also ill persons in hospitals.
