It is shown that the use of nanoparticles - transposones - for transformation of bacterial genome is an effective and perspective way to obtain strains with improved symbiotic properties. The use of seed inoculation of legumes with new high efficient mutants not only allow to get a symbiotic system with a high level of fixation of atmospheric nitrogen, but also increases the resistance of plants to stressful environmental factors, which in turn guarantees high and stable yields, particularly under unfourable growing conditions.
