The means and methods of adaptation the information infrastructure components with autonomous control to probable hazard changes of the operational environment were proposed. The results of the SRW were used for creation the wide range of systems, especially the Government Information Analytical System on Emergency Situations, special computer systems, DSS "Солон" and "Нагляд".
