On the base of the viscous uncompressible fluid model and a scale analysis in the three-dimensional space the model of microfluidics flow in microchannels with the rectangular cross section and a system of grooves on one surface of the channel is build up as Stokes flow approximation. The methodology of the problem solution is developed as a solution of the Stokes equation for a longitudinal velocity (Poiseuille flow) and as the byharmonic equation solution for a streamline function of transversal velocity components. The analytical solution is found and the good satisfaction of boundary conditions is shown. Obtained results form the foundation for numerical simulations of microfluidics flow in microchannel in order to compare results of an analysis with results of real experiments.
