The estimation of change of heating period, and also changes of the extreme meteorological phenomena, change of wind, is executed and gelioresources in the conditions of the changes of climate expected on a scenario. The conducted estimation of influence of the expected extreme weather minds is on the vital functions of population. Generalization of estimation of influence of the extreme phenomena is executed on the terms of winter period and spring-summer vegetation of agricultural cultures. For the south region of Ukraine it is resulted estimations of change of minds of winter period, period without frostry, and droughtyness of vegetation period on the scenario of change of climate. The estimation of influence of change of climatic resources is executed on the state of water resources of Ukraine.
