The plasticity diagram and the limit deformation surface are built. The procedure is elaborated for evaluating the influence of the surface plastic deformation process parameters on the hardening degree and on the used plasticity resource. The circuit and design of the pressure valve are developed. Working processes in the proportionally-controlled electrohydraulic drive and in the pneumatic drive with a proportional pressure regulator are investigated. Such correlation of the parameters is found that ensure maximal speed of response, minimal oscillation as well as stable operation of the hydraulic drive; the size of the pressure valve in the pneumatic drive is chosen. Algorithms and programs are developed for the mechatronic drive control which ensure optimal modes of surface plastic deformation.
