The information is presented in a discrete form; researc objects are digital image processing methods and the image object geometric parameters extracting methods; research aim is the increasing accuracy of the geometric parameters estimation of objects on medical images, by means of developing new image processing methods in the informational medical systems. The mathematical model oflow-contrast intensity difference was enhanced. The implementation of the smoothing coefficient enables to get the one intensity gradation drop on several pixels, that corresponds to edge curve inclination in the range 1,5...3,5. The mathematical model of the impulse noise filter is proposed. The proposed model uses the sliding window splitting, assuming the corrupted pixels marking by implementing the threshold parameter and the mask splitting in sectors. According to this, pixels which are not corrupted by the noise are not processed, and the corrupted are not taken into accountin the output pixel intensity process.
