The use of modern optical-electronic means determines the level of technical development. During the design of obrolennya visual information is important to efficiently and pattern recognition, it is necessary to formulate the necessary and sufficient conditions to achieve optimum balance between hardware capacity and accuracy of recognition. It is therefore a need for a new practice, and recognition devices, transmission and reproduction of images is quite relevant today. Method which is proposed to perform recognition is a qualitatively new level by generating implicitly expressed signs of organization evolving knowledge base and taking into account the impact of these signs at each other and the output function that can describe the characteristics of the real facility, regardless of the input signal . As such a function, we used temporal logic-function. One of the key areas to increase the efficiency of digital computers is to find architectural solutions that facilitate real transition from sequential Von Neumann machines for parallel execution of basic and auxiliary processes in computing systems.
