The purpose of the work: development theoretical bases of processes and equipment for continuous division and peeling of humid dispersive materials in a field vibro-blowing inertia loading. The method of the study and equipment: wire strain gage of pressures and displacement, analog-digital converter, computer, positions and dependencies of mechanics, hydraulic, rheology and resonance-structured theory of vibroblowing inertia pressing of dry nonplastic powders, springy-viscous-plastic-inertia models. Theoretical and practical results: classifications of the known ways of phase division, peeling and salvaging of humid dispersive materials; theoretically and experimental is motivated more high efficiency of the proposed ways of continuous phase division and peeling in field of vibro-blowing inertia loading on equipment with hydraulic pulse drive (HPD) in contrast with efficiency of the other ways on productivity, energy storage, final moisture of the concoction of the processed material and quality of peeling of its filtrate; it is designed noninertia rheological models of the material during realization of experimental processes, as well as systems of rheological equations of the change tangent and compressing strains and deformation, which can be used for determination of deformations of particles of the material; it is designed dynamic and mathematical models of the motion hard and liquid particles of the processed material for different stages of response cycle of equipment's HPD and different areas of portions of the material, which allow to define the parameters of efficiency of the experimental processes, coming from their working parameter and physico-mechanical features of the processed material; experimental stands with HPD for study of the proposed ways are created. Novelty of the work is: approach to analysis of the processes of continuous division and peeling, in accordance with it this analysis is realized for each phase of the processed material separately, each area of its portion and each cycle of response of equipment's HPD, that enables to simplify the study; opening of the mechanism and efficiency of experimental processes; dynamic and mathematical models of the moving the particles of the processed material. Efficiency of the emplacement is provided to account of the determination by means of dependencies, that got authors, the parameters of efficiency of experimental processes, coming from working parameters of processes and physico-mechanical features of the material, that will allow hereinafter to calculate the optimum parameters of its loading and constructive parameters of the equipment with HPD.
