The purpose of work - to reduce monetary and time costs predict behavior process of complex economic systems that are subject to influence both global and domestic crises and risks associated with such long-term forecast accuracy improvement through the application of modern mathematical apparatus and computerized means. Methods of research - theoretical and methodological apparatus for predicting behavior of complex economic systems based on theories: fuzzy sets, neural networks, genetic algorithms and so on. The results of work are: to increase the efficiency of business enterprises and investment climate in the country the authors have developed conceptual framework nor the construction of various complex economic systems and facilities, with particular attention became such a system: investment decision, identify the level of use of the strategic potential domestic enterprises, and improving information provision business. It is proved that the developed mathematical models and methodological methods for the construction of complex economic systems based on neural networks, fuzzy logic and genetic algorithms, as well as relevant hierarchies goals to significantly increase the efficiency of ukranian enterprises.
