The project objective is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations of a general model of the effectiveness of the Institute of the enterprise on a basis of scientific evidence as a key determinant factor in behavioral models. Methods of research - scientific methods research on the socio-economic processes, as well as: 1) section 1 - the system-logic and monographic methods of analysis of behavioral theory, monographic retrospective method of analysis of factors of the economic behavior of enterprises, statistical methods for finding relationships between indicators, modeling; 2) section 2 - game-theoretic model, statistical methods for the determination of endogenous and exogenous factors influencing the organizational behavior of enterprises, 3) section 3 - methods of financial analysis to assess the financial condition of enterprises and other economic and statistical methods in research of potential and ways to improve the management of enterprises of Vinnytsia region. This project is durected to solve the theoretical and methodological problems of model validation performance of the modern enterprise in the framework of general business. According to the key approach, the construction of such a theory would be based on evaluation, modeling and prediction of behavioral models of the enterprise. Formation of the theoretical foundations and methodological approaches should solve the problem of scientific and practical plan to improve efficiency, the development of modern and functional stability of the domestic enterprise (for example, industrial plants), as well as improvement of organizational and economic mechanisms for management these criteria. In this pape conceptual approaches to the formation of a general model of the effectiveness of the modern enterprise have been propsed (taking into account peculiarities of the domestic enterprises, the impact of market relations, etc.) that are based on a set of principles, tools, mechanisms of behavioral theory. The methodological approaches to the estimation of individual species and the effectiveness of behavioral types of economic agents have been substantiated. Generalized bottom - practical guidance on improved methodologies and methods for assessing the state enterprises, identify major problems in their functioning and the factors of economic behavior, development paths and models for improving the efficiency of enterprises.
