The aim is to develop theories and methodologies for digital processing of radiosignals in real time, which provides a comprehensive solution to improve noise immunity, stability and reliability of radio systems and devices that operate in the range of ultra-high frequencies. Our method is based on the use of: functional analysis and theory of signals and systems, theory of analog-digital conversion, digital signal processing theory, set theory and operator calculations, matrix theory, probability theory and mathematical statistics. The results of the study, which was aimed at theoretical justification of the primary digital radio signals in the range of ultra-high frequencies and the development of a method of synthesis of high-frequency digital operating elements on the basis of pulse-frequency representation of information. The effectiveness of the proposed methodology of primary processing of ultrahigh radio range is that the principles and methods developed for the first time will perform a complete digital processing of signals from the receiving channel to the processing unit, which will improve the electromagnetic compatibility of equipment, increased noise immunity, stability, reliability, and feature sets for through the use of digital methodology in radio and telecommunications facilities.
