A purpose of researches is minimization of technogenic risks at proizvodstvet power mediums from organicheskkh wastes by the use of the scientific-grounded methods and methods of construction and organization of work of the system of conversion of wastes. Research methods - theoretical, methods of mathematical design, experimental researches. Theoretical and practical results: results of analysis of multi-variant approach of apparatus-scheme сomposition of the systems of production of power mediums from organic wastes, vagueness of biotechnological processes, vagueness which is caused thermal instability in a fermenter, allow to perfect the synthesis of the system; classification and systematization of external connections of the system of production of power mediums from organic wastes will allow to expose influence of external objects-users on a scheme, aparaturnye and regime descriptions of the system of production of power mediums from organic wastes; the scopes of the system are set, what will allow more grounded to determine ekologo-power efficiency of the system of production of power mediums from organic wastes. Novelty: approaches of determination of technogenic risk of the system of production of power mediums from organic wastes are developed ; first the use of spirit bardy, as multitonnage departure of a spirit production for the receipt of biodiesel fuel, is offered in world practice. Efficiency of introduction: a technogenic risk, accepted by us for basis at the analysis of the systems, is orientir on the European standards of environmental preservation; the substantial diminishing of tekhnogennikh risks is forecast at the production of biodiesel fuel from corn butter from spirit bardy in place of sending of bardy to the drainfields. Sphere of the use - in agriculture; to food, processing, pharmaceutical and biochemical industry, and also in a communal economy which has the system of utilization of organic wastes in the composition, in municipal energy, in an educational process.
