The proposed heaters are mainly useful because of their high energy evolution surfaces thus providing a noticeable service cost reduction. The above purposes shall be achievable due to equipment of the heating device with an electronic-controlled system of heat regulation, which is capable to provide a programmed warming, and also due to the use of modern equipment for controlling energy consumption.
