Purpose of research: determinate the presence in Ukraine natural reservoir pathogen ecology and M. bovis, especially epizootic process in tuberculosis animals, improve current diagnostic methods, to develop specific means of prevention and optimized system of anti-TB activities in Ukraine. Research Methods - experimental, analytical, clinical, immunological, biochemical, bacteriological, pathological-anatomical, histological. Research results: Based on retrospective studies found that epizootological features of bovine tuberculosis in the world are: panzootic distribution; stationarity and uneven tension epizootic process in space and time, the presence of diversity in the biotic environment, sources and reservoirs of M. bovis. For the first time in the world installed carrier bovine tuberculosis pathogen muskrat inland waters and proved experimentally and theoretically grounded triune epizootic role of this species - a natural source and reservoir of M. bovis and natural characteristics of the amplifier virulent pathogen infection. For the first time by studying the ecology of M. bovis developed a theory of two-stage feedback process epizootic of bovine tuberculosis. First theoretically substantiated and experimentally proved the possibility of using biological object - the body guinea pig to restore the functioning of M. bovis after thermal action (120 C, 30 min.) And get on that basis, attenuated strain of M. bovis by the action of high temperature (contender for vaccine strain). For the first time in a research experiments proved the need for use in disadvantaged TB herds of cattle double intradermal tuberculin test based. Developed and experimentally verified methodological approaches to designing vaccines against bovine tuberculosis, involving the use of two immunogens - sensitizing low specific polypeptide drug and inactivated complex immunogens including DNA of pathogenic mycobacteria. For the first time in Epizootological studies proved that the violation of vitamin and mineral metabolism and state of acidosis, and experimental conditions on sheep saving antiretroviral infection (leukemia) contribute to the emergence and development of the tuberculosis process in animals.
